“I don’t remember how I found John or began doing business with him, but I do remember I had a three year old, a newborn and a house of CREAM colored carpet and furniture. No matter what was spilled on those carpets and furniture, John was able to get it out. He’s removed pet and food stains, muddy foot prints, accidents from the kids and performed water damage clean up in our basement. I can remember returning from a grocery trip where I purchased a bottle of Tide laundry detergent. I didn’t realize the bottle had a hole in it and I left a trail of concentrated blue liquid detergent up the stairs and to the laundry room. John removed the entire stain. He has been able to get everything and anything out!

John is always on time, quick and efficient. His services are a good value for the money. I’ve referred John to several others and they have been equally as happy as I have. Scheduling is always prompt and flexible. John has even helped me on an emergency basis with water damage. He went above and beyond my expectations, taking time to advise me and follow up on his recommendations.
